Issue 13; The Truth of Dressing for Your Age

by T W Coombs esq.

Age, that horrid number that follows us around as children not allowing us to things, then follows us when we are older because we are now not allowed to do things.  But really age is a perception created by our own selves and our peers. So have taken a few minutes to look into what in fashion terms how to dress your age.

Issue 13; It's An Oxford Game

by T W Coombs esq.

There is something classic about a button down collar even though not actually that classic. I find them neat and tidy and look great poking out of a jumper. Thankfully the new Lad is in mostly very tight polo shirts so we are safe, plus when they are out in a white Oxford shirt make sure you dress to your style, not everyone else's.

Issue 13; All About A Watch, Burei

by T W Coombs esq.

I have written about watches previously over the years, they are a bit of a hobby and there is something about them.  I worked with selling them for a few years and I think this is where this mild obsession came from. Yes they are practical, they give you the time and date and some the day, and many will go I have a super computer in my pocket which does the same thing.  But that doesn’t look as nice and by the time you have taken it out your pocket or bag and pushed a button I have advised you of the time with a flick of the wrist. Like I said, practical.

by T W Coombs esq.

Firstly I suppose I should start with the normal Happy New Year as it is the first I hope of many posts in 2019.

Now as it is January I can guarantee that the weather is about to get very cold in the next two months, as it snowed last February this is pretty much a given.  Before the thick woolly hats come out you need a hat slightly less thick but that will keep some heat in.  And the old style baker boy hat is in.
